This page explains how to request the deletion of your Lost Nations account and of the data attached to it. It is reachable without signing in and without installing the application, as required by the Google Play policies and by article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
This is the fastest route: deletion is immediate and needs no further verification, since you are already signed in.
Open the application, then the My account screen.
Tap Delete my account, at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm. The account is erased at once and the session closes.
The operation is final. There is no bin, no cooling-off period and no way to recover a nation, a service number or a history afterwards.
If you have uninstalled the application, changed device or lost access to your account, write to [email protected] with the subject Deletion of my account.
Write from the email address linked to the account: that is how we check the request comes from you. We will never ask for your password, for an identity document or for any supporting evidence. If the sending address matches no account, we will tell you so without revealing whether an account exists under any other address.
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and carry out the deletion within thirty days at the latest, in line with article 12.3 of the General Data Protection Regulation. In practice deletion is done on the day of the request.
Deletion permanently erases, with no named backup copy:

We keep no data about your age: the date of birth asked at sign-up is checked on your device and is never transmitted.
Deleting your account triggers no refund and cancels no purchase. Mobilisation is a one-off payment collected by Apple or by Google: a refund request goes to them, under their rules, without prejudice to your statutory rights. If you create a new account later, the earlier purchase will not carry over to it.
Besides erasure, you have rights of access, rectification, portability, restriction and objection. You may exercise them at the same address. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, the French data protection authority.
