These terms govern access to and use of the Lost Nations application and game. By creating an account or by playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.

These terms set out the conditions under which the Lost Nations application, published by Simon Gracies, whose full identity appears in the legal notice, may be used. They form a contract between you and the publisher.
Your account is protected by an email address and a password. Only one registration per person is allowed. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the use made of your account. Because your account is tied to your email address, you can recover it even if you change device.
Registration is open only to people aged 13 or over. You are asked about this once, at sign-up: in the app you confirm it by ticking a box; on this website a date of birth is checked directly on your device, without being stored or transmitted. No data about your age is kept. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the agreement of your parents or legal guardian to play and, where applicable, for any paid mobilisation.
You may delete your account at any time from the application, My account screen, or from the Delete my account page on this website.
The following are prohibited: multiple accounts, bots and any form of automation, exploiting flaws in the game, manipulating coordination, and hateful or unlawful behaviour towards other players. In the event of abuse, your account may be suspended or deleted, and this gives no right to a refund.
The game is free during the first five days of war of the season. The exact number of free days and the length of the mobilisation window are displayed in the application, on the Mobilisation fee screen, before any request for payment; for season 1 they are 5 days and 72 hours. After that, a single mobilisation unlocks the whole remainder of the season: one payment, no subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel. Without mobilisation your nation can no longer act and you follow the rest of the season as a spectator.
The price is adjusted to the purchasing power of each country. The amount in force for your country can be consulted at any time, with no commitment: in the application's settings, on the Mobilisation fee screen, and on the application's listing in the App Store and on Google Play. It is finally confirmed to you by the store, inclusive of tax, before you validate any payment. The purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or by Google Play, whose own terms apply. Refund requests are made to Apple or Google and follow their rules, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
The game, its name, its code, its visuals and its content belong to the publisher or to its partners. You may not copy, modify or exploit them outside normal use of the game without written permission.
We do our best to provide a continuous service, without being able to guarantee it. The game may change, may be interrupted for maintenance, and every season comes to an end. Some features may be added, altered or withdrawn.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.
You may stop playing and delete your account at any time from the My account screen. The publisher may close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here and referenced in the application. Significant changes will be notified to you.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator; failing an amicable settlement, the competent French courts may be seised. If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
